A East Indian cuisine is especially appreciated for its fabulous use of Poppy seeds, mixed melon seeds. It is a whole spice blend used in Eastern India. The name means "five spices". It consists of mustard, fenugreek seed, cumin seed, aniseed and black cumin seed.
